Construction -related truck hauling activities shall be restricted to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 <br />p.m. There shall be no truck hauling activity on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal <br />holidays. <br />G. The property shall be secured during construction with a six (6) foot tall chain link <br />fence and any other security measures in accordance with recommendation of the <br />San Leandro Police Department. <br />H. Construction workers on the project shall be provided clean drinking water, portable <br />toilets and handwashing stations as sanitary facilities for use during all phases of <br />construction. Said portable toilets shall be screened from view from the public right- <br />of-way or located to the interior or rear of the site. <br />X. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />A. All uses and activities shall comply with the provisions of the San Leandro Noise <br />Regulations (Title IV, Chapter 1 of the Municipal Code). <br />B. No use, activity, or process shall produce vibrations that are perceptible without <br />instruments by a reasonable person at the property lines of a site. <br />C. No use, process, or activity shall produce dust that is perceptible without <br />instruments by a reasonable person at the property lines of a site. <br />D. Any storage of equipment, materials, and merchandise on the site shall be stored <br />and maintained inside the building. <br />E. Property owner shall not allow tenants to store products, pallets, and containers in <br />the shared parking lot and in the required off-street parking spaces. <br />F. All exterior mechanical equipment such as air conditioning/heating units and <br />antennas shall be screened from view so as not to be visible from adjacent <br />properties or streets to the satisfaction of the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br />G. No sight lighting shall spill off -site, over property lines, or shine above the horizontal <br />plane. Parking lot lighting shall comply with Article 17 of the Zoning Code. Security <br />lighting shall be shielded and directed away from adjacent properties. Any new or <br />replaced lighting fixtures on the property shall consist of shielded "dark -sky <br />compliant" lighting fixtures that focus light below the horizontal plane. Lasers, <br />spotlights, and other promotional lighting shall be prohibited. <br />H.
