Pagano (Property Owners) <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The applicant and/or property owner shall comply with Exhibits A through G, <br />attached to the approval letter dated June 12, 2020. (Exhibits are on file in the City of <br />San Leandro Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San <br />Leandro, California, 94577). <br />Exhibit A — General Information (Sheet 1) <br />Exhibit B — Existing and Proposed Plot Plans (Sheet 2) <br />Exhibit C — Existing and Proposed Floor Plans (Sheet 3) <br />Exhibit D — Electrical Plans (Sheet 4) <br />Exhibit E — Door and Window Plan, CRP, Interior Elevation (Sheet 5) <br />Exhibit F — Existing Elevations (Sheet 6) <br />Exhibit G — Proposed Elevations (Sheet 7) <br />B. Any change to the project design, including materials or colors, or any change to the <br />Administrative Review permitted use conditions, including, but not limited to <br />increasing the number of participants or increasing the hours of operation shall be <br />submitted in writing and shall be subject to the review and approval of the Zoning <br />Enforcement Official who may administratively approve the changes. <br />C. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed <br />of its terms and conditions. <br />D. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall provide a passenger loading <br />and unloading plan indicating where vehicles will queue when dropping -off and <br />picking -up children. <br />E. Prior to finaling of building permits, the applicant shall remove the martini symbol <br />.from the existing business signage and remove the any additional signs related to the <br />previous sports bar use, such as the "No loitering" and "No alcoholic beverages" signs <br />previously required for the bar. <br />Agreement to Conditions June 12, 2020 <br />PLN19-0072 Page 3 of 9 <br />
