IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2024-084 RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PLANIT GEO TO DEVELOP A CITYWIDE TREES MASTER PLAN AND AN ADDITIONAL $13,000 FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED OF $213,000 WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro and PlanIT Geo (Consultant) have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Consultant has provided certain services with regard to Trees Master Plan development; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the agreement to extend the term until December 31, 2024; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: 1. Section 1.1 of the Agreement entitled “Term of Services” is hereby amended to extend the term to December 31, 2024; and 2. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Contractor a sum not to exceed $213,000; and 3. Exhibits A and B of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” and “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” are hereby amended as attached; and 4. That the amendment to the agreement is approved and execution by the City Manager is authorized; and 5. That the City Manager is authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
