Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) Agreement between the City of San Leandro and City Data Services 10 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES – System Maintenance <br />Under the scope of the maintenance contract, CDS will provide: <br /> <br /> Ability to store, display, and summarize individual program/project/grant/loan administration information, <br /> Ability to store, display, and summarize individual program/project/grant/ loan contract information, <br />Ability to enter, store, display, and summarize applications, reports, loan, grant and fiscal information to assist with <br />all management of Public Services and Multi Family Housing activities, <br /> Ability to transmit sub-recipient report information into HUD's reporting system, IDIS, <br /> Maintain all database and report elements created under this development proposal, <br /> Maintain data backups and download to the City of San Leandro on a schedule as determined by City, <br /> Modify database as needed to add or remove fields, forms, improve automation and/or improve presentation of <br />data, <br /> Modify existing reports as needed to meet City of San Leandro’s requirements, <br /> Provide additional development as requested by Staff. <br /> Provide set-up of sub-recipient information into CDS, <br />Provide customer support, training and service to City of San Leandro’s Staff and their public service providers <br />throughout term of contract and <br /> Promptly respond to request for assistance, training, or database improvements as requested by Staff and/or other <br />users. <br /> <br />The monthly maintenance fee is an amount not to exceed the amounts listed above for the term of the agreement. <br />This fee remains constant regardless of the number of users, seats, trainings, units, programs, projects or reports <br />included in the system. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit B <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 8D9C08FC-DD15-4B22-B1CF-3DF3139BA9CC
