<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 5/3/2024 <br />Brown Reynolds Watford Architects, Inc. for Fire Stations 9, 12 & 13 Programming and Cost Estimates <br /> Page 15 of 16 <br />10.13 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br />shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br /> <br />10.14 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010. In the event that this contract is for <br />one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) or more, by Consultant’s signature below Consultant <br />certifies that Consultant, and any parent entities, subsidiaries, successors or subunits of <br />Consultant are not identified on a list created pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 2203 of <br />the California Public Contract Code as a person engaging in investment activities in Iran as <br />described in subdivision (a) of Section 2202.5, or as a person described in subdivision (b) <br />of Section 2202.5 of the California Public Contract Code, as applicable. <br /> <br />10.15 CA Assembly Bill 334. Consultant’s duties and services under this Agreement shall not <br />include preparing or assisting the City with any portion of the City’s preparation of a <br />request for proposals, request for qualifications, or any other solicitation regarding a <br />subsequent or additional contract with the City. The City shall at all times retain <br />responsibility for public contracting, including with respect to any subsequent phase of this <br />project. Consultant’s participation in the planning, discussions, or drawing of project plans <br />or specifications shall be limited to conceptual, preliminary, or initial plans or specifications. <br />Consultant shall cooperate with the City to ensure that all bidders for a subsequent <br />contract on any subsequent phase of this project have access ot the same information, <br />including all conceptual, preliminary, or initial plans or specifications prepared by <br />contractor pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> <br />SIGNATURES ON FOLLOWING PAGE <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 7B06133C-4116-479F-AB57-F52100A4C9BE
