Free non-emergency confidential housing, health, and human service information <br />over the telephone through the 3-digit 211 phone number. 2. Calls will be answered by a live attendant 24 <br />hours/day and 7/days a week in multiple lan guages with accessibility to the disabled community at no cost <br />to the caller. 3. For FY 24/25 it is expected that 2-1-1 will handle a minimum of 2,900 total contacts from at <br />least 850 unduplicated San Leandro households. 4.
