<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 05/16/2024 <br />Local Artists Berkeley (LAB) for the Temporary Public Art Program at Hesperian Triangle Exhibit A – Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Services May 2024: Vendor will undertake the <br />following Deliverables to City: <br />Vendor shall provide the following in May 2024: a) <br />Publish the “Call for Art”, seeking submissions of out- <br />of-doors artwork for the Hesperian Triangle at East <br />14th Street & 150th Avenue, San Leandro, CA; b) <br />Extensive outreach for the “Call for Art” will be <br />performed via social media, <br />direct email, government and private websites, and <br />word of mouth. <br />Services July 2024: Vendor will undertake the <br />following Deliverables to City: <br />Vendor shall provide the following in July 2024: a) <br />Compiled list of all applicants of “Call for Art” with an <br />image list of artwork that details artwork of title, <br />medium, dimensions, and value; c) Present findings to <br />the San Leandro Public Library and the Arts, Culture <br />and Library Commission, and/or the City Council; d) <br />Finalize artwork to be installed; e) Final inspection <br />surveying selected artwork with engineers approval; f) <br />Fabricate mounting structure if required of artwork; g) <br />Insure artwork under Vendors insurance coverage. <br />Services July/August 2024: Vendor will undertake <br />the following Deliverables to City: <br />Vendor shall provide the following in July/August 2024: <br />a) Transport selected artwork to San Leandro <br />Hesperian Triangle location; b) Install artwork on site <br />in selected area; c) Coordinate with City for artwork <br />unveiling. <br />Services July 2025: Vendor will undertake the <br />following Deliverables to City: <br />Vendor shall provide the following in July 2025: a) <br />Coordinate with artist and company the deaccession <br />of artwork from the Hesperian Triangle, unless the <br />City, Vendor and artist mutually agree to extend the <br />term of the art installation. <br />Services August 2025: Vendor will undertake the <br />following Deliverables to City: <br />Vendor shall provide the following in August 2025 <br />(unless extended by mutual consent of parties <br />involved): a) Remove artwork and transport it to the <br />care of artist(s) or owner; b) terminate this SOW at <br />time of completion of this Deliverable. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 4F235B4C-B996-465F-B39B-91E6535FC129
