<br /> <br /> <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between July 1, 2024 <br />City of San Leandro and Steve’s Pool Service —Exhibit A Page 2 of 3 <br /> Maintain pool and chemical supplies and order as needed <br /> Test pool heater once per month in the off-season <br /> Remove lane lines at the end of the season and store on the pool deck <br /> Stock emergency kits <br /> Turn off recirculation pump during storms <br /> Reduce chemical feed to minimum levels in the off season <br /> Follow SOPs for dealing with a glass spill in coordination with Public Works staff <br /> Meet Cal-OSHA inspector for annual and all other inspections <br /> Meet Alameda County inspector for all inspections <br /> Meet with City staff and contractors to discuss pool issues <br /> Perform minor repairs, as needed <br /> <br />Services at Boys & Girls Club: <br /> Check ventilation and natatorium heating systems for proper operation <br /> Check ladders and safety stairs <br /> Replace non-slip treads on stairs, as needed <br /> Change over chemical barrels <br /> <br />Pool Slide and Play Structure Services At SLFAC: <br /> Inspect slide daily while pool is in operation and record findings <br /> Make necessary repairs to slide and record findings <br /> Wax slide one time per year <br /> Check fencing and railings around slide and report issues to Public Works <br /> Check play structure for hazards or problems <br /> Drain pool and remove panels and escutcheons on the play structure at the end of the seas on and <br />store in the mechanical room <br /> Inspect and replace sacrificial anodes on play structure, as needed <br /> Operate play structure, bubblers, and water slide pump periodically during the off -season <br /> <br />Fountain Cleaning and Maintenance <br /> <br />Fountain Locations: <br /> <br />Downtown Fountain <br />Estudillo Avenue @ E. 14th Street <br /> <br />Joaquin Plaza Fountain <br />Davis Street @ E. 14th Street @ Estudillo Avenue <br /> <br />Services for Fountain Sites: <br /> <br /> Remove debris from fountain <br /> Add algaecide as needed <br /> Brush fountain <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 34ACB026-E2C4-408A-B851-7AEFF64D1CA8
