Taking into consideration the nature of the data and the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights <br />and freedoms of natural persons, Workday has implemented the technical and organizational measures as described in <br />Annex II, including specialized training of staff and system access logs, to ensure an appropriate level of protection for <br />such sensitive data. <br />Frequency of the transfer (e.g. whether the data is transferred on a one-off or continuous basis) <br />Transfers will be made on a continuous basis. <br />Nature of the processing <br />Workday acts as a processor for the Personal Data Customer submits electronically <br />applications or provides to Workday in connection with a Professional Services engagement. <br />1.
