Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The Transparency Engagement Advisor will provide the following services: <br /> <br />• The Transparency Engagement Advisor will be available to City staff <br />seven days a week, including holidays, to assist them with high- <br />profile incidents or situations. <br /> <br />• The Transparency Engagement Advisor will advise City staff on the <br />best ways to handle difficult topics with the community, with a focus <br />on transparency. <br /> <br />• The Transparency Engagement Advisor will assist City staff with <br />preparing and drafting news releases, social media posts, talking <br />points, and responses to press questions. <br /> <br />As compensation for the Transparency Engagement Advisor’s services, the <br />City agrees to pay a fixed monthly rate of two thousand dollars <br />($2,000). The client will pay the Transparency Engagement Advisor within <br />30 days of the invoice.
