Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Exhibit A <br />GPA Consulting for Environmental Services for Lake Chabot Road Erosion Repairs Page 11 of 11 <br /> <br />35 percent plans will be provided prior to initiating technical studies and 65 percent plans will be <br />provided prior to initiating regulatory permitting. <br />▪ Necessary access will be provided to allow surveys to be conducted within the study area at the <br />appropriate time of year at no cost to GPA. <br />▪ Two days with two biologists will be sufficient to conduct the NES surveys. <br />▪ One day with two biologists will be sufficient to conduct the ARD surveys. <br />▪ The City will be responsible for providing all fees associated with regulatory permits and other <br />regulatory agency obligatory compensatory mitigation. <br />▪ Any meetings with regulatory agencies to support issuances of the regulatory permits are expected to <br />be via teleconference and a site visit will not be necessary. <br />▪ The mitigation plan included in the regulatory permit application is limited to initial identification of <br />proposed mitigation options. If additional coordination is needed, an additional scope of work and <br />budget will be provided. Credit coordination beyond the initial identification of required credits is not <br />included in this scope of work. <br />▪ Focused/protocol wildlife surveys to determine presence/absence of federally or state threatened and <br />endangered species are not included in this scope of work. <br />▪ The City will be responsible for providing all fees associated with CEQA document filing fees (e.g., Fish <br />and Game and County Clerk filing fees), any Incidental Take Permit applications and any CDFW, <br />USFWS, or other regulatory agency obligatory compensatory mitigation. <br />▪ The revegetation plan will be sufficient to support the regulatory permitting, and a Habitat Mitigation <br />and Monitoring Plan will not be required. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 78E72B1A-FA71-4376-9F02-D7D222FBE69F
