With his extensive experience and commitment to sustainability, he is focused on providing exceptional customer service and strengthening partnerships with Bay Area Communities. Insert in place of Marcus Nettz for Area Director of Disposal Operations Scott Tignac | Area Director Disposal Operations Role in Serving CCCSWA: Scott serves as Area Director for Disposal Operations for Northern California/Nevada. His duties comprise managing landfill and recycling operations, including providing support to managers, monitoring budget and operating metrics, overseeing asset allocation, and implementing controls to ensure safety and compliance. Qualifications and Experience: Scott has 37 years in the solid waste, landfill, and recycling industry. He has worked in areas such as Landfill Management and Operations, Organics Recycling, Construction and Demolition Recycling, tire and asbestos management and Landfill gas-to-energy.
