Should such reimbursement not 974 <br />occur within five hundred and forty (540) days of Contractor’s complete submission as verified by 975 <br />the City, City shall compensate Contractor for such fully documented costs. Contractor shall 976 <br />promptly cooperate with City, State, and/or Federal reporting and documentation requirements 977 <br />related to City receipt of reimbursement, including if City is pursuing reimbursement after having 978 <br />reimbursed the Contractor. Contractor shall further comply with all applicable Federal, State, or 979 <br />local funding and accounting requirements that may apply to expenses that will be reimbursed upon 980 <br />notice of the same from City. 981 <br />ARTICLE 5. 982 <br />STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE 983 <br />5.1 GENERAL 984 <br />Contractor shall at all times comply with Applicable Law and provide services in a manner that is safe to 985 <br />the public and the Contractor’s employees. Except to the extent that a higher performance standard is 986 <br />specified in this Agreement, Contractor shall perform services in accordance with Recyclable Materials, 987 <br />Organic Materials, C&D Debris, and Solid Waste management practices common to the San Francisco Bay 988 <br />Area. 989 <br />5.2 OPERATING HOURS AND SCHEDULES 990 <br />A. Hours of Collection. Unless otherwise authorized by the City Contract Manager, Contractor’s days 991 <br />and hours for Collection operations shall be as follows: 992 <br />1. Residential Premises. Collection from Residential Premises shall only occur between the 993 <br />hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 994 <br />2. Commercial Premises. Collection from Commercial Premises that are two hundred (200) feet 995 <br />or less from the nearest Residential Premises shall only occur between the hours of 6:00 a.m. 996 <br />and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Collection from Commercial Premises more than 997 <br />two hundred (200) feet from Residential Premises shall only occur between the hours of 3:00 998 <br />a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. 999 <br />B. Holiday Collection Schedule. Contractor, at its sole discretion, may choose not to provide Collection 1000 <br />services on a Holiday. In such event, Contractor shall provide Single-Family Collection services on 1001 <br />the day following the Holiday thereby adjusting subsequent work that week with normally 1002 <br />scheduled Friday Collection services being performed on Saturday; however, Customer service days 1003 <br />shall be returned to the normal schedule within one (1) week of the Holiday. Multi-Family, 1004 <br />Commercial, and City Collection services shall be adjusted as agreed between the Contractor and 1005 <br />the Customer but must meet the minimum frequency requirement of one (1) time per week. The 1006 <br />Contractor shall provide Customers notice of Holiday-related changes in Collection schedules at 1007 <br />least two (2) weeks prior to the change. 1008 <br />5.3 COLLECTION STANDARDS 1009 <br />A. Servicing Containers.
