Should such reimbursement not 974 occur within five hundred and forty (540) days of Contractor’s complete submission as verified by 975 the City, City shall compensate Contractor for such fully documented costs. Contractor shall 976 promptly cooperate with City, State, and/or Federal reporting and documentation requirements 977 related to City receipt of reimbursement, including if City is pursuing reimbursement after having 978 reimbursed the Contractor. Contractor shall further comply with all applicable Federal, State, or 979 local funding and accounting requirements that may apply to expenses that will be reimbursed upon 980 notice of the same from City. 981 ARTICLE 5. 982 STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE 983 5.1 GENERAL 984 Contractor shall at all times comply with Applicable Law and provide services in a manner that is safe to 985 the public and the Contractor’s employees. Except to the extent that a higher performance standard is 986 specified in this Agreement, Contractor shall perform services in accordance with Recyclable Materials, 987 Organic Materials, C&D Debris, and Solid Waste management practices common to the San Francisco Bay 988 Area. 989 5.2 OPERATING HOURS AND SCHEDULES 990 A. Hours of Collection. Unless otherwise authorized by the City Contract Manager, Contractor’s days 991 and hours for Collection operations shall be as follows: 992 1. Residential Premises. Collection from Residential Premises shall only occur between the 993 hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 994 2. Commercial Premises. Collection from Commercial Premises that are two hundred (200) feet 995 or less from the nearest Residential Premises shall only occur between the hours of 6:00 a.m. 996 and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Collection from Commercial Premises more than 997 two hundred (200) feet from Residential Premises shall only occur between the hours of 3:00 998 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. 999 B. Holiday Collection Schedule. Contractor, at its sole discretion, may choose not to provide Collection 1000 services on a Holiday. In such event, Contractor shall provide Single-Family Collection services on 1001 the day following the Holiday thereby adjusting subsequent work that week with normally 1002 scheduled Friday Collection services being performed on Saturday; however, Customer service days 1003 shall be returned to the normal schedule within one (1) week of the Holiday. Multi-Family, 1004 Commercial, and City Collection services shall be adjusted as agreed between the Contractor and 1005 the Customer but must meet the minimum frequency requirement of one (1) time per week. The 1006 Contractor shall provide Customers notice of Holiday-related changes in Collection schedules at 1007 least two (2) weeks prior to the change. 1008 5.3 COLLECTION STANDARDS 1009 A. Servicing Containers.
