Amendment No. 1 to Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Impec Group for Citywide Janitorial Services Page 1 of 2 AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND IMPEC GROUP FOR CITYWIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES This Amendment No. 3 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) and Impec Group (“Contractor”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) as of ____________, and amends that certain Non-Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) dated April 1, 2024, between the Parties. WHEREAS, City and Contractor have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Contractor has provided certain services to City with regard to citywide janitorial services; and WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to modify the scope of work and compensation schedule. NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” is hereby amended to include the “daily services” scope of work, described in Exhibit A of the NPSA, on Sunday evenings at the Manor Branch library. 2. Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is hereby amended to increase the monthly fee for the Manor Branch library by $355.83, bring ing the total monthly cost for that location to $2,928.78. 3. All other terms shall remain in full force and effect. This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement.
