IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2024-137 RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE KRISCH & COMPANY CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGERIAL SERVICES THROUGH MARCH 2025 IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $155,000 WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro has worked with Krisch & Company since July 2024 to provide interim finance and accounting managerial services while the City recruits for a permanent Finance Director position; and WHEREAS, Krisch & Company provides high-level, complex financial management support and maintaining continuity in service is critical to ensuring that the City has the necessary support to implement City goals and policies, as well as a keen understanding of City operations and financial conditions; and WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and Krisch & Company, a copy of which is attached to the staff report and by reference made a part hereof, has been presented to this Council; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That Amendment No. 1 for an aggregate contract total amount not to exceed $155,000 through March 2025 is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is authorized; and That the City Manager is authorized to execute all documents and take all actions necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
