<br /> <br /> <br />Amendment No. 1 to Consulting Services Agreement between Last Modified: October 21, 2024 <br />City of San Leandro and BSK Associates Page 1 of 2 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />BSK ASSOCIATES FOR ANNUAL PAVING 21-23 <br />(COSL Project No. 2022.0050) <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and BSK Associates (“Consultant”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) as of <br />__________________________________ 2024, and amends that certain Consulting Services Agreement <br />(“Agreement”) dated September 7, 2023, between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Consultant have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Consultant has <br />provided certain consulting services to City with regard to the Annual Paving 21-23 project, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to add additional testing services as <br />requested by the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 1.1 of the Agreement entitled “Term of Services” is hereby amended to extend the <br />term from December 31, 2024, to December 31, 2025; and <br /> <br />2. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Consultant a <br />sum not to exceed $60,038; and <br /> <br />3. Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” is hereby amended to include: <br /> <br />FDR & CTB Field & Laboratory Testing <br />6.1 Field observation, compaction testing, material sampling aggregate gradation, compressive <br />strength testing, and associated administrative work as requested by the City for the Full Depth <br />Reclamation portion of the project. <br /> <br />4. Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is <br />hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />PROJECT TOTAL $49,270 <br />Amendment No. 1 – FDR & CTB Testing $10,768 (new) <br />REVISED PROJECT TOTAL $60,038 <br /> <br />5.
