<br />Amendment No. 1 to Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 10/4/2024 <br />ACCO Engineered Systems Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />ACCO ENGINEERED SYSTEMS <br />FOR <br />GOLF IRRIGATION STATION REPAIR <br /> <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and ACCO Engineered Systems (“Contractor”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) as of <br />September 27, 2024, and amends that certain Non-Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) dated <br />June 7, 2024, between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Contractor have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Contractor has <br />provided certain services to City with regard to the golf irrigation station repair; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to add additional scope due to delay in <br />work caused by unforeseen conditions at job site . <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Contractor a <br />sum not to exceed $87,211.32; and <br /> <br />2. Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” is hereby amended to include work <br />delay due to unforeseen conditions at work site as reflected in the revised Exhibit A, attach ed to this <br />amendment and incorporated by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is <br />hereby amended to include an additional $2,633.32 with a total of $87,211.32 as reflected in the revised <br />Exhibit B, attached to this amendment and incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />4.
