<br />_____________________________________________________________________________ <br />Amendment No. 1 to Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 10/4/2024 <br />ACCO Engineered Systems-Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK FOR CITY OF SAN LEANDRO GOLF COURSE LIFT <br />PUMP SYSTEM <br />Scope of Work: <br />Lift Pump Removal, Housing Inspection, and Temporary Pump Installation <br />Delay-Standby Impacts Summary – McGuire and Hester encountered an electrical conduit and 2" copper <br />pipe that prevented the shoring box from being installed as planned. ACCO received a tag for the <br />unforeseen delay's and total downtime and impact. This submission includes labor and cost impacts for all <br />associated parties. <br />General Provisions and Clarifications: <br /> Temporary pump piping is assumed to be included with the city provided temporary pump. <br />ACCO/McGuire Teams will provide temporary hook-up as required. <br /> All work is to be performed during normal working hours on a continuous working schedule <br />coordinated with the customer. <br /> Any repairs or modifications to the lift pump itself are excluded from this scope. <br /> Restoration of landscaping or surface areas disturbed during excavation is excluded unless explicitly <br />stated otherwise. <br /> Any unforeseen site conditions requiring additional work beyond the scope outlined are excluded and <br />may incur additional costs. <br /> Abatement, if found, is not included in the above scope of work. <br /> Any items not specifically listed above are excluded. <br /> Proposal is valid 30 days from proposal date. <br /> <br />General Provisions and Clarifications Continued: <br /> ACCO will not be responsible for any pre-existing conditions which are not currently <br />in compliance with local mechanical and electrical codes. <br /> It is assumed that there is no permitting required for this effort. <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 17402BE6-0B3E-4711-B8D2-068A07BFF1BA
