<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between <br />City of San Leandro and Western States Oil—Exhibit B Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br />City will be billed at the OPIS wholesale average plus .43 cents per gallon for diesel fuel purchased at <br />Western States Oil locations. City will be billed at .125 cents below regular cardlock pricing (commercial <br />fueling station pricing) for unleaded fuel. Fuel transactions occurring at retail gas stations will be charged at <br />the merchant pump rate. <br /> <br />Fuel costs are estimated due to the fluctuating nature of fuel prices.
