cooperate with Lessor with respect to Lessor’s compliance with its requirements under <br />the HCD Grant Agreement, including without limitation any reporting and administrative <br />requirements thereunder.” <br />3.Automobile Insurance Requirements. The following paragraph (e) is hereby <br />added to Section 8.1 of the Ground Lease as follows: <br />“(e) Automobile Liability Insurance. During the Lease Term, Lessee shall <br />keep in full force and effect a policy or policies of automobile insurance. The limits of <br />such insurance shall be not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single <br />limit each occurrence, Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) annual aggregate, or such other <br />policy limits as Lessor may require in its reasonable discretion, including coverage for <br />bodily and personal injury, including death resulting therefrom, and damage to property <br />resulting from activities contemplated under this Lease, including the use of owned and <br />non-owned automobiles. Such policy or policies shall be written on an occurrence basis <br />and shall name the Indemnitees as additional insureds.” <br />4.Schedule of Performance. The Amended Schedule of Performance attached <br />hereto as Exhibit E-1 hereby replaces and supersedes the Schedule of Performance attached as <br />Exhibit E to the Ground Lease. <br />5.Regulatory Agreement. The Amended Regulatory Agreement attached hereto as <br />Exhibit F-1 hereby replaces and supersedes the Regulatory Agreement attached as Exhibit F to <br />the Ground Lease. <br />6.Project Budget. The Project Budget which has been approved by Lessor and <br />Lessee, as provided in Section 5.2 of the Ground Lease, is attached hereto as Exhibit H and is <br />hereby incorporated into the Ground Lease. <br />7.No Modification or Waiver. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, all <br />other terms and conditions of the Ground Lease remain in full force and effect.
