Box 952052 <br />Sacramento, CA 94252-2052 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS <br /> <br /> <br />This Declaration of Restrictive Covenants (the “Declaration”), dated October 1, <br />2024 for reference purposes only, by the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a California <br />municipal corporation, and its successors, assigns and transferees (the “Owner”), <br />is hereby given to and on behalf of the Department of Housing and Community <br />Development, a public agency of the State of California (the “Department”). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />This Declaration affects that certain real property commonly known as 555 <br />Lewelling Boulevard and located in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, as more particularly described in the Legal Description attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Property”) and <br />is entered into based on the following facts and understandings: <br /> <br />1.
