<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between <br />City of San Leandro and Denalect Alarm Company—Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />This quote will consist of the City of San Leandro standard access control system for this project. At your <br />request, Denalect will install a new access door controller to accommodate the new gate and connect to the <br />new interior electric gate being supplied, powered and installed by others. Gate contractor to supply <br />Denalect with a connection on the gate hardware controller to release the gate. In conduit provided at the <br />gate controller to the building, Denalect will run new wiring inside the building to the new access controller <br />with connection to the existing access control system. In addition, in a new post/pole being fabricated <br />provided and installed by others, install one proximity card reader at the top of the post/pole and one <br />proximity card reader/keypad at the middle of the post/pole just like the setup at the main gate. Connect <br />new controller to new gate hardware for release/opening of gate. This price includes schedule of equipment <br />below, wiring, installation and connection of equipment below. All programming and changes to the City <br />software for adding this new controller. Final test of system equipment. <br /> <br />EXCLUSIONS <br />Access doors, panels or hatches <br />Gate hardware power supplies (provided and installed by others) <br />Concrete work and or asphalt work <br />Scissor lift <br />Building and electrical permit fees if required. <br />Any project submittals to the local AHJ and or City <br />Additional devices, which may be required by the AHJ <br />Protection of installed finished products <br />Shop drawings and or asbuilts drawings <br />Engineering or redesign <br />Underground trenching, raceways, and gutters. <br />Special insurance, bonds, permits, fees, premium time and overtime. <br /> <br />TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY TO ENTIRE SCOPE OF WORK <br /> This entire quote is based on installing the City of San Leandro Standard City approved access <br />control equipment provided by Denalect. <br /> Troubleshooting of problems associated with installation activities by others will be billed at the <br />current billing rate for trouble shooting. <br /> This quotation is based on our best assessment and understanding of the needs for this project. <br />Additional items, devices, controls or services, which may be required by others or to comply with <br />codes, should be considered an extra unless specifically agreed to in writing. <br /> This quotation includes only those devices and services listed above. <br /> A purchase order from the City of San Leandro to move forward with this project. <br /> All Warranty activity will be between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday except <br />holidays, only. <br /> This quote is based on prevailing wage rat ALA-2024-2 <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 0DE986DB-9EDD-4472-AD12-4648A016C5F7
