<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between <br />City of San Leandro and Denalect Alarm Company—Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />At your request, Denalect will replace the existing video/intercom system that is no longer <br />available and install a new video/intercom system consisting of one new video/intercom unit <br />mounted in the existing pole at the existing main gate. One new video/intercom unit to be <br />located at the new interior gate installed in city supplied, fabricated and installed pole like the <br />existing one at the front main gate to include access card readers provided in another quote. <br />Make connections of these two video/intercom units with the installation of two master stations <br />with gate releases for the 2 gates including desk mounts in the existing desk locations at the <br />front admin area where the existing ones are located. Coordinate with R&S gate to make <br />connection to new gate equipment to open the new gate from the video/intercom units. Focus <br />camera/intercom units. Program and instruction on use of the new equipment. This is the same <br />equipment that is being used at the Treatment Plant. <br /> <br />EXCLUSIONS <br />Paint, patching, acoustical ceiling tiles, or any other typical finish work. <br />Conduits above ground and or underground, wire mold and wire mold back boxes. <br />Running new wire from the main entrance gate back to the admin building <br />Special insurance, bonds, premium time and overtime. <br />Asphalt and or concrete work. New or repaired <br />Access doors, panels or hatches <br />Roof Penetrations <br />Underground trenching, raceways, and gutters. <br />Additional sub-master video/intercom base units <br />Night time, overtime and premium time <br /> <br />CONDITIONS <br /> Customer to supply necessary electrical outlets for intercom equipment <br /> All installation work in this project is based on working during normal business hours <br /> This quotation is based on our best assessment, understanding of the needs for this project. <br />Additional items, devices, controls or services, which may be required by others or to comply with <br />codes, should be considered an extra unless specifically agreed to in writing. <br /> This quotation includes only those devices and services listed above. <br /> Labor and material warranties are one year from the date of startup unless specifically stated <br />differently in the contract documents. <br /> All Warranty activity will be between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday except <br />holidays <br /> This quote is based on prevailing wage rate ALA-2024-2. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 96BEA3AB-CCA5-45B7-87E4-F299924F08CA
