IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-006 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE $1,450,000 FROM GENERAL FUND RESERVES TO THE POLICE <br />BUILDING AND SOUTH OFFICES MODIFICATIONS PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2014.0481 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project is substantially complete; and <br />WHEREAS, a Settlement Agreement was approved to resolve all outstanding claims and costs <br />related to the construction contract with DL Falk Construction, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, additional project funding is necessary to cover the remaining expenses associated <br />with this project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to appropriate $1,450,000 from General <br />Fund Reserves into expenditure account No. 210-18-137. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 21st day of January 2025 by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Boldt, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, Mayor González (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Simon (1) <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
