The presentation will provide an overview of the Preliminary <br />Development Plan. The consultant team will incorporate feedback from the PM team into the <br />next iteration of the plan, the Public Draft Development Plan. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Charrette #3 Supporting Materials (Meeting Support) <br />• Charrette #3 Presentation <br />• Charrette #3 Summary and key decision points (Memo) <br />8.3 Evaluation of the Preliminary Development Plan <br />The consultant team will analyze the Preliminary Development Plan using the Evaluation Tool <br />developed in Task 4. The findings will be provided in a memo and will later be incorporated into <br />a Presentation for Charrette #3. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Preliminary Development Plan Evaluation Memo <br />8.4 Public Draft Development Plan <br />UFS will provide a more refined iteration of the Public Draft Development Plan based on <br />feedback about the Preliminary Development Plan in Charrette #3 and subsequent facilitated <br />meetings with private partners and public partners. The public draft development plan will be <br />presented at a community meeting and open house with a presentation. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Admin Public Draft Development Plan Set <br />• Public Draft Development Plan Set <br />• Public Draft Development Plan Presentation <br />8.5 Final Development Plan for Adoption <br />The Final Development Plan will be a refinement of the Public Draft Plan in response to public <br />and stakeholder comments. The final development plan will be formatted for adoption by <br />decision makers.
