It is anticipated that, at minimum, amendments <br />will be required to Chapter 2.10 Bay Fair Transit-Oriented Development District and Chapter <br />4.08 Off-Street Parking and Loading Regulations. Objective Design and Development <br />Standards for multi-family and mixed-use developments set forth by Section 4.04.336 would <br />also be amended as needed. <br />Deliverables <br />• Admin Draft Specific Plan Amendments <br />• Admin Draft General Plan Amendments <br />• Zoning Code Amendment Coordination (emails) <br />10.2 Screencheck Draft Amendments <br />GCC will review and address comments from the PM team in a consolidated Screencheck Draft <br />of amendments to the Specific Plan and General Plan. GCC will also draft the resolutions and <br />ordinance required to process these amendments for review in the Screencheck Draft phase. <br />Deliverables <br />• Screencheck Draft Specific Plan Amendments <br />• Screencheck General Plan Amendments <br />10.3 Public Draft Amendments <br />GCC will prepare a Public Draft of the Amendments described above to address any remaining <br />comments provided by the PM team in the Screencheck Draft. This version will be presented to <br />the public during a Planning Commission Study Session. Public comments on the document <br />from the Planning Commission meeting will be compiled into a matrix by the GCC team.
