Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and <br />Denalect for Police Building Door Access Exhibit A <br />3 February 2025 <br />Page A2 of 3 <br />•Run wiring from the server room to the PD dispatch area and run wiring behind the dispatch <br />consoles to connect to the new door/gate release buttons being installed. <br />•In addition, install a new sounder in dispatch to notify that someone is at the jail cell door. <br />•Our price includes schedule of equipment below, wiring, installation and connection of <br />equipment below. All programming and changes to the City software for adding these buttons <br />to the system for door/gate release. <br />•Install and mount interior sounder in PD dispatch to ring when the button at the jail cell door is <br />pushed. Connect to existing locking hardware on the jail door and the vehicle gate <br />•Final system testing programming and instruction to owners on the operation of system. <br />•Quote is based on Denalect being able to run wire in the existing conduit from the server room <br />floor to the jail cell door as it is unknown if the chase way is still in place since all of the existing <br />wiring and some flex conduit was cut out during the remodel and demo of the server room. If <br />we determine that wires can’t be pulled through the existing conduit, you will be notified <br />immediately. <br />The following equipment is included in this scope work: <br />•5 - 2-button momentary action release button for opening the PD vehicle gate and <br />releasing the jail cell door <br />•2 - Relays for wiring the door/gate release buttons in the server room <br />•1 - Power supply <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 3E24CF6D-EA1B-4CCB-9A98-5570C4591FB0
