<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 12/12/2024 <br />San Lorenzo Family Help Center for Community Food Services Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Food Recovery Program: <br />Consultant’s food recovery program rescues on average 35,000 pounds of food per month from local stores <br />and food distributors. With the efforts of food recovery volunteer drivers, Consultant is able to provide a <br />wide selection of items to support the food choices of many ethnic and restricted diets including Vegan, <br />Muslim, Hispanic, Chinese, Asian, African American and American. <br />Consultant shall use funding in part to fund the salary of the warehouse assistant, and cover operational <br />costs, including transportation costs incurred by staff in picking up foods as part of their food recovery <br />program. <br /> <br />Reporting requirements: <br />Reporting: Annual reporting (Due July 8, 2025) and invoicing.
