Cancellations made less than <br />one week in advance of the start of the class shall be subject to a penalty up to the total amount of the <br />scheduled class price. Exceptions may be made for excused cancellations or cancellations made for <br />reasons beyond Consultant’s control at the City’s discretion. City shall provide Consultant with at least one <br />week notice of cancellation of a scheduled class.
