<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between 01/16/2025 <br />City of San Leandro and ParkMobile, LLC Page 13 of 14 <br />10.10 Integration. This Agreement, including the scope of work attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as Exhibits A, B, C, D and E represents the entire and integrated <br />agreement between City and Contractor and supersedes all prior negotiations, <br />representations, or agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br />shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br /> <br />10.12 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010.
