March 3, 2025City Council Minutes <br />ACTION ITEMS10. <br />10.a.25-067 Adopt a Resolution to Receive Wastewater Utility Rate Study and <br />Provide Direction to Proceed with the Necessary Procedural <br />Requirements Pursuant to Proposition 218 for Proposed Sewer Rate <br />Increases <br />There was no public comment. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, Jr., seconded by <br />Councilmember Azevedo, that this Staff Report be Approved. The motion <br />CARRIED by the following vote: <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Simon, González III, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, Boldt7 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2025-017 <br />10.b.25-093 First Reading of an Ordinance of the City of San Leandro City Council <br />to Approve and Renew a Military Equipment, Funding, Acquisition and <br />Use Policy as Stated in San Leandro Municipal Code Chapter 4-42 in <br />Compliance With Assembly Bill 481 <br />Comments were made by approximately 3 people. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Bowen, seconded by Councilmember <br />Viveros-Walton, that this Staff Report be Approved as amended. The motion <br />CARRIED by the following vote: <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Simon, González III, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, Boldt7 - <br />Enactment No: Ord 2025-001 <br />COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS11. <br />There were no requests made. <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS, CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS12. <br />City Councilmembers reported on attendance at intergovernmental agency meetings, <br />conferences, and seminars since the last meeting.
