<br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 3 February 2025 <br />Denalect for Mulford Library Fire Alarm Exhibit B Page B1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br /> <br />Cost Schedule: <br /> <br />The cost to complete the scope of work described in Exhibit A is as follows: <br /> <br />1. Fire Alarm System $36,864 <br />2. Project Closeout: Training and As-Built Documentation $3,000 <br />3. First year security monitoring ($180 per month) $2,160 <br />Total Cost $42,024 <br /> <br />Payments will be made on a monthly basis based on the amount of work completed and invoiced. Payment <br />for materials and equipment will not be made until incorporated directly into the site construction. <br /> <br />Hourly Rate Schedule: <br />Additional work shall be performed on a time and materials basis at the following rates: <br />Project Manager $210.00/Hr. <br />Technical Staff $170.00/Hr. <br />CADD Technician $145.00/Hr. <br />Clerical/Secretarial $105.00/Hr. <br /> <br />Above rates are effective January 2025. These rates are subject to change on January 1st of each year or <br />if any increases to the (Alameda County) Prevailing wage rates throughout the year if they apply. <br /> <br />Reimbursable Expenses <br />Cost of reproduction, printing, plotting, postage, shipping and fees paid for fire and or security approvals of <br />Authorities have Jurisdiction (AHJ) over the project are billed at one point one-zero (1.10) times direct <br />expense. <br /> <br />Additional services, when requested or authorized by the Client, are billed on an hourly basis for in house <br />staff in accordance with the rate schedule above. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 125E588A-137D-499A-8252-3DB0306A2D92
