Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and <br />Denalect for Mulford Library Security Access Exhibit A <br />3 February 2025 <br />Page A1 of <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The project is located at 13699 Aurora Drive in San Leandro, California on the site of existing Mulford <br />Branch Library. The project will remove the existing library and construct a new 3,885 square foot single <br />story public library building. <br />The scope of services covered under this agreement consists of providing low voltage alarm and access <br />control systems for the new facility as well as new closed circuit security cameras. <br />Denalect Alarm Company is the sole source provider for City alarm and security system installation, repair, <br />and monitoring systems per City Council Resolution 2003-131. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: F191B670-64D7-40ED-A0D0-4D9205630497
