ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL OCCUR FOR WORK PERFORMED ON WEEKENDS <br />· CHRISP COMPANY WILL USE EXISTING EMPLOYEE POOL TO PERFORM ALL <br />WORK ON THIS PROJECT. IF THERE ARE ANY HIRING GOALS FOR THIS <br />PROJECT THIS WILL BE EXCLUDED <br />· EXCLUDE: ALL Safety Training, Badging, Drug Testing and Orientation (To be paid at time and <br />material Cal-Trans <br />· EXCLUDE: REMOVAL OF USA MARKINGS <br />· EXCLUDE Automated Flagger Assistance Device. General Contractor to provide <br />automated flagger assistance device (if required) at no cost. <br />· General Contractor Shall Disclose and Update Chrisp Company on all project Milestone <br />bonuses, Chrisp Company shall be awarded a percentage of Milestone bonus in <br />proportion to Chrisp Company percentage of contract work to meet Milestone <br />Deadlines. <br />· All work not specifically described in bid items is excluded <br /> <br />• · EXCLUDE: Removal of Concrete Curing Material and or Surface Prep prior to PAINT / <br />THERMOPLASTIC / PAVEMENT MARKER Striping on Concrete Surfaces. Typical Surface <br />Prep Methods on Concrete (Water Blasting, Sand Blasting, Shot Blasting, Bead Blasting) <br />· All night lights required are to be supplied by general contractor <br />· This quotation excludes installing permanent striping while other operations are in progress on <br />jobsite. <br />· Chrisp Co. will remove contractors short term temporary markers (Floppies) placed for <br />lanelines and centerlines only (no edgelines or shoulders). No Tape removal. Short Term <br />Temporary markers are to be placed so that striping may be placed before removal of <br />temporary markers. <br />· This quotation Excludes furnishing or placing ALL signage for advance posting of ramp closures <br />/ detours for our operations. <br />· This quotation Excludes furnishing or placing ALL detour signage for our operations. <br />· EXCLUDE: Encroachment Permit (If required to be provided at No Cost to Chrisp Company) <br />· EXCLUDE: ALL Etching, Inscribing on curb, <br />· Mobilization & Traffic Control Items shall not be adjusted for decreases in the work. <br />· Mobilization & Traffic Control Items shall be adjusted for increases in the work <br />· Access / and or Accessibility by 1 Ton Vehicle required for Chrisp Company work <br />· EXCLUDE: Maintenance of temporary delineation ie. temporary paint, temporary tape, <br />channelizers, etc… <br />· EXCLUDE: Red-Lined As-Built Drawings <br />· EXCLUDE: Truncated Domes <br />· EXCLUDE: Construction Area Signs <br />· EXCLUDES: Decorative Pavement/Concrete Overlay, Decorative Stamped Asphalt/Concrete <br />and Preform Thermo Stripe and Legends <br />• · EXCLUDE: Installation or removal of temporary delineation <br />· EXCLUDE: Removal of Existing Striping & Markings <br />· EXCLUDE: Removal of Existing Pavement Markers <br />· EXCLUDE: Seal Coat <br />• · EXCLUDE: Concrete Coring for Signs <br />Docusign Envelope ID: E93FCBCC-B4AD-42C6-BE61-2709C523FFB5
