<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 03/05/2025 <br />Fischer Compliance, LLC for SSMP Update Services Exhibit A – Page 1 of 2 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />1. Fischer Compliance, LLC (FCL or consulting team) will complete a Sewer System <br />Management Plan (SSMP) Update for the City of San Leandro that meets and exceeds <br />compliance requirements specified in the State Water Board Sanitary Sewer Systems <br />Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 2022-0103-DWQ)2. <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />1. Fischer Compliance LLC (consulting team) will be responsible for online and in- <br />person site visits, respond to information requests for completing tasks, and ensure <br />availability of staff for: <br />a. Coordination for meetings and onsite interviews and document requests <br />b. Comments on draft/final work products <br />c. Onsite inspections to supplement City SSMP Update/findings and support <br />development of draft recommendations for 2025 SSMP Update <br />2. Deadline (SSMP Adoption by governing board and uploading to CIWQS) = Aug 2, 2025 <br /> <br />PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br />1. Project Coordination <br />a. FCL will be available for communicating and coordinating with City staff as <br />necessary. <br />b. FCL available to advise/present final project findings to City governing board. <br />c. FCL will utilize Sam Rose (WDR Subject Matter Expert, Sam Rose Consulting) <br />for sewer system management plan draft development required for project. <br />2. Meetings <br />a. Monthly meetings will be held between consulting team and City <br />(management, staff, etc.as directed by City) for coordinating ongoing efforts, <br />providing project updates, reviewing expenses, and soliciting <br />recommendations. <br />b. Ongoing project meetings are anticipated to be no more than one-hour in length. <br />c. Consulting team anticipated to conduct several online and in-person <br />meetings for completing SSMP Update. <br />3. Document Review <br />a. Consulting team will collaborate with City for circulating/reviewing all draft <br />and final documents for review for ensuring compliance with the approved <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 90AC023B-D872-4825-944B-826C6D10DAC3
