<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between 4/4/2025 <br />City of San Leandro and McNabb Construction, Inc. <br /> Page 17 of 19 <br /> <br />10.8 Solicitation. Contractor agrees not to solicit business at any meeting, focus group, or <br />interview related to this Agreement, either orally or through any written materials. <br /> <br />10.9 Contract Administration. This Agreement shall be administered by Jennifer Auletta, <br />Parks and Landscape Manager ("Contract Administrator"). All correspondence shall be <br />directed to or through the Contract Administrator or his or her designee. <br /> <br />10.10 Notices. Any notice, demand, request, consent or approval that either party is required to <br />give the other pursuant to this Agreement, shall be in writing and may be given by either (i) <br />personal service, (ii) delivery by reputable overnight delivery service (e.g. Federal Express) <br />which provides a receipt showing date and time of delivery, or (iii) certified United States <br />mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested.
