<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and <br />Terraphase Engineering for Work Plan Support to Obtain OPC Grant Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />Terraphase Engineering (Terraphase) currently has a grant-funded Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) <br />in place with the City of San Leandro for the development of a Sea Level Rise (SLR) Master Plan per <br />Resolution 2023-053 in the amount of $161,000, and then Resolution 2024-126 to provide a change order <br />increasing the amount by $134,093, bringing the total amount to $295,093. <br /> <br />The City is pursuing grant funds from the Ocean Protection Council (OPC) funded by Senate Bill 1 – Sea <br />Level Rise Adaption Planning Grant to fund the additional scope of work as defined by the change order. <br />On January 29, 2025, the OPC provided comments on the City’s grant application work plan and requested <br />additional clarification and adjustments to align the plan with OPC guidelines. <br /> <br />The City has requested Terraphase prepare a response to the OPC work plan comments. Terraphase has <br />estimated that their support with this work plan to obtain the OPC grant will require 24 hours of staff time, <br />not to exceed $6,005. <br /> <br />See Exhibit E to view the Draft San Leandro Work Plan document where the OPC comments and requests <br />can be found that Terraphase will address on the City’s behalf. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 976A3663-37E9-4A66-8956-51B6B9EFDC00
