<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 01/31/2025 <br />Bridging Grace for Community Food Services Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />Bridging Grace is a non-profit organization that primarily delivers groceries (pantry and fresh produce) to <br />families in need especially those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, those with young children, and <br />those in low-income housing. Grocery delivery is fulfilled 100% by volunteers who spend approximately 2 <br />hours every Monday - Saturday shopping, driving and delivering groceries to these families. <br />Recipients fall under one or more of the following categories: <br /> Homeless or unemployed, but actively seeking a job <br /> Considered low income (<$54K household income according to the Bay Area Equity Atlas) <br /> Single income with children <br /> Children who financially qualify for free and reduced lunch program <br /> Rent to income ratio is high (rent exceeds ⅓ of net income) <br /> Family emergency or limitation due to health reasons (e.g., contracted COVID resulting in missed work <br />and reduced wages) <br /> <br />Consultant shall use funds to purchase groceries in support of their program to provide 11+ San Leandro <br />based low-income families with basic groceries (eggs, milk, breakfast, and pantry items such as pasta, <br />sugar, beans, etc., fresh meat, and fruits and vegetables) and non-grocery home essentials. <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 4D07DDFF-B4E5-4B6D-92FC-56400A99A66F
