June 2, 2025City Council Minutes <br />Project No. 2022.0340; to Authorize the City Manager to Negotiate <br />and Approve Individual Change Orders up to 5% (or $18,054) of the <br />Original Contract Amount; to Authorize the City Manager to Negotiate <br />and Approve Change Orders up to a Cumulative Value of 10% (or <br />$36,108) of the Original Contract Amount; and to Appropriate an <br />Additional $140,678 From the Park Development Fees to the Project <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, Jr., seconded by Mayor <br />González III, that this Staff Report be Approved. The motion CARRIED by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Simon, González III, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, Boldt7 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2025-060 <br />CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND COMMENTS6. <br />City Manager Cameron reported on the summer library program, Level Up. She also <br />announced the Cherry Parade and Festival are Saturday June 7 and Alameda <br />County Fire Division Chief Bowie will host an emergency preparedness workshop on <br />June 11.
