The Board discussed the item. <br />6.c.25-024 Discuss Potential CPRB Related Expenditures in FY 2025-27, for <br />Inclusion in the Board’s Annual Report <br />There were no public comments. <br />A motion was made by Vice Chair Chang, seconded by Member Zimmermann, <br />that the item be continued to the February meeting. The motion CARRIED by <br />the following vote: <br />Aye:Bailey, Chang, Trujillo, Zimmermann, Franco, Stroud6 - <br />Absent:Gibbs1 - <br />ACTION ITEMS7. <br />Motion to Schedule the Annual Election of Board Chair and Vice Chair at the March <br />2025 CPRB Meeting, consistent with Article 3 of the CPRB Administrative <br />Procedures <br />7.a. <br />There were no public comments. <br />A motion was made by Member Stroud, seconded by Member Franco, that the <br />annual elections of Board Chair and Vice Chair be scheduled for the March <br />meeting.
