<br /> <br />Amendment No. 1 to <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and April 7, 2025 <br />ANI Private Security and Patrol, Inc. for security services Page 4 of 4 <br /> Checking in regularly with staff. <br />Contractor will also provide security services at the San Leandro Senior Community Center, Monday <br />through Friday, for 8.5 hours per day. Contractor shall provide one security officer for requested business <br />hours. Contractor is responsible for reporting to the Senior Services/Customer Service staff during hours of <br />service. Contractor shall ensure all security staff are properly trained and briefed prior to assuming role on <br />property. <br /> <br />Expectations of security officer assigned to the San Leandro Senior Community Center include: <br /> Monitoring entrances/exits, outside perimeter of the facility, and City-shared portion of the parking <br />lot. <br /> Greeting, checking in, directing all visitors, and consulting with onsite supervisor for updates and <br />guidance as needed. <br /> Enforcing protocols or rules in place. <br /> Monitoring visitors for suspicious or unsafe behavior. <br /> Responding to disruptive situations that may arise. <br /> Remaining professional at all times. No smoking, sleeping, reading, horseplay, or using cell <br />phones, mp3 players, or other electronic devices. <br /> Checking in regularly with staff. <br /> <br /> <br />Contractor will also provide security services at the San Leandro Family Aquatic Center, during weekend <br />Recreational Swim and holidays, from 12:45 PM to 5:15 PM. Contractor shall provide one security officer <br />for requested business hours. Contractor is responsible for reporting to the Aquatics staff during hours of <br />service. Contractor shall ensure all security staff are properly trained and briefed prior to assuming role on <br />property. <br /> <br />Expectations of security officer assigned to the San Leandro Family Aquatic Center include: <br /> Monitoring entrances/exits, outside perimeter of the facility, and the parking lot. <br /> Greeting, checking in, directing all visitors, and consulting with onsite supervisor for updates and <br />guidance as needed. <br /> Enforcing protocols or rules in place. <br /> Monitoring visitors for suspicious or unsafe behavior. <br /> Responding to disruptive situations that may arise. <br /> Remaining professional at all times.
