<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between April 16, 2025 <br />City of San Leandro and Bailey Fence Company Inc. — Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />Project Description <br />The City owns and operates the Marina Shoreline, which is going through improvements, including <br />development of residences through a private developer, public parks, etc. The forerunner to these <br />improvements is the demolition of several small structures and gangways along Pescador Point Drive and <br />Mulford Drive to make way for future public parks on these corridors. To ensure safety of the public, fences <br />are required at locations where gangways were removed as part of the demolition exercise. In addition, it is <br />proposed to installed temporary fences at both proposed parks, to limit access, until the new parks are <br />constructed. <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and material to furnish and install the following: <br /> <br />1. 207 LF of 6ft tall, galvanized chain link fence with bottom and top rails, bolted on the existing <br />concrete slabs. <br />2. 1,200 LF of 6ft tall temporary construction fence without fabric cladding, including providing fence <br />maintenance during the rental period. <br /> <br />Locations of the fencing to be provided by engineer. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 7E68EE88-C43D-4341-995D-BC2B27185894
