<br />Amendment No. 1 to <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 6/6/2025 <br />City of San Leandro and Brightview Landscape, Inc., dba Emerald Landscape Page 1 of 3 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. dba Emerald Landscape <br />FOR <br />Water Pollution Control Plant Landscape Maintenance <br /> <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 1(“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. dba Emerald Landscape (“Contractor”) (together sometimes <br />referred to as the “Parties”) as of June 6, 2025, and amends that certain Non-Professional Services <br />Agreement (“Agreement”) dated July 1, 2024, between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Contractor have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Contractor has <br />provided certain services to City with regard to landscape maintenance at the Water Pollution Control Plant; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the duration of the agreement to <br />include services until June 30, 2026. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 1.1 of the Agreement entitled “Term of Services” is hereby amended to extend the <br />term from June 30, 2025, to June 30, 2026; and <br /> <br />2. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Contractor a <br />sum not to exceed $81,306.69; and <br /> <br />3. Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />Tasks 1, 2, and 3 are to also be completed for the 12-month period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. <br /> <br />4. Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is <br />hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />Task 1: Weekly Landscape <br />Maintenance <br />$1825 per month $43,800 Total for 24 months <br />Task 2: Quarterly Weed Abatement at <br />Solar Panels <br />$2,500 per quarter $20,000 for 8 quarters <br />Task 3: Weed abatement at Treatment <br />Pond <br />$6,500 per service $13,000 for two occurrences <br />Task 4: Mulching at front gate $1,568.27 per service $1,568.27 for one service <br />Task 5: Cleanup at 2512 Davis St $2,938.42 per service $2,938.42 for once service <br /> $81,306.69 Total <br />Docusign Envelope ID: C8681B18-0D4A-4BCB-B6B7-1268AF34B0E0
