<br />Amendment No. 1 to Consulting Services Agreement between Last modified 5/28/2025 <br />City of San Leandro and BRW Architects for Fire Stations 9, 12, 13 Programming & Estimates <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />BROWN REYNOLDS WATFORD ARCHITECTS, INC. <br />FOR <br />FIRE STATIONS 9, 12 & 13 PROGRAMMING AND COST ESTIMATES <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and Brown Reynolds Watford Architects, Inc. (“Consultant”) (together sometimes referred to as the <br />“Parties”) as of June 1, 2025, (“Effective Date”) and amends that certain Consulting Services Agreement for <br />Fire Stations 9, 12 & 13 Programming and Cost Estimates (“Agreement”) dated July 3, 2024, entered into <br />between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Consultant have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Consultant has <br />provided certain consulting services to City regarding the Fire Stations 9, 12 & 13 Programming and Cost <br />Estimates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend Section 1 of the Agreement to extend the end date of the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 1.1 of the Agreement entitled “Term of Services” is hereby amended to extend the <br />term from June 30, 2025, to June 30, 2026; and <br /> <br />2.
