<br /> <br /> <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between May 1, 2025 <br />City of San Leandro and McGuire and Hester —Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The Contractor shall furnish, install and remove tarping along Lake Chabot Road and vicinity at the <br />locations in need of winterization due to the Winter 2022-2023 storm events, on an on-call and time and <br />materials basis. Labor and equipment rates shall be paid per Exhibit B. <br /> <br />In May 2025, the tarping is to be removed.
