GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />The Bay Area Chemical Consortium (BACC) is a cooperative group of public agencies each individually <br />established under the laws of the State of California. For this particular bid solicitation, the participating <br />member agencies include those listed in Section 111-1, Estimated Annual Quantities. These participating <br />BACC agencies, acting collectively through their authorized agents, are seeking competitive sealed bids for <br />the supply and delivery of SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE 12.5%. <br /> <br />Sealed bids will only be received electronically via our electronic bid platform https:1/bacwa.org/bacc/ <br />no later than 4:00 P.M. PT, Thursday February 20, 2025. Bids received after said date and time will not be <br />considered under any circumstances. <br /> <br />BACC and its member agencies reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and <br />immaterial irregularities or technical defects in the bids received. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding this bid, please contact the BACC Coordinators via the electronic bid <br />platform https://bacwa.org/bacc/ Q&A forum. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br /> <br />To receive consideration, bids must be made in accordance with the following instructions: <br /> <br />2.1 Bid Contract Documents <br />Bids must be submitted only using the forms provided in Section IV, Bid Contract Documents that includes <br />the following: Bid Form, Standard Agreement, and Non-Collusion Affidavit, collectively, the bid contract <br />documents. Bidder must submit bids price per unit of measure as specified via the electronic bid platform <br />https://bacwa.org/bacc/. Do not submit the Worksheet. Bid prices submitted on Worksheet will NOT be <br />accepted. All items in the bid contract documents must be filled out completely, signed and dated.
