June 9, 2025City Council Minutes <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Viveros-Walton, seconded by Mayor <br />González, to direct staff to return with a resolution to accept the lowest bidder <br />for the Mulford Marina Branch Library project. The motion CARRIED by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Aguilar, Azevedo, Simon, Viveros-Walton, González III <br />Absent: 1 - Bowen <br />Recused: 1 - Boldt <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, seconded by Councilmember <br />Azevedo, to adopt the resolution approving Project List 'B' - Lewelling <br />Boulevard Class IV Bike Ways.
