Project rehabilitated the pavement of Washington Avenue from West Juana Ave to Castro Street, and made improvements to curb ramps, pedestrian and storm drain infrastructure in the public right-of-way. 4 That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Engineer of the City of San Leandro on the 16th day of JUNE 2025.
