IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX <br />RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE MID-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2024, AND <br />APPROVE BUDGET AMENDMENTS FOR 2024-2025 <br />WHEREAS, quarterly financial reports provide the City Council budget updates for the current <br />fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, the 2024-2025 Mid-Year Financial Report as of December 31, 2024, a copy of which is <br />attached, is presented to the City Council, and the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves annual budgets based on best revenue and expenditure <br />information available at the time the budgets are prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, budget adjustments are required at mid-year incorporating necessary changes, <br />requiring additional budget appropriations or re-appropriations between budget line-items; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 General Fund, Special <br />Revenue Funds, Enterprise Fund, and Internal Service Funds budgets on May 15, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the mid-year financial report and <br />proposed budget amendments for 2024-2025 on February 26, 2025. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said 2024-2025 Mid-Year Financial Report as of December 31, 2024 is accepted; and <br />That the budget amendments for FY 2024-2025, as described in the staff report associated to this <br />Resolution, and the attachments to this Resolution that are incorporated herein and made a part hereof, <br />are hereby approved. <br />Introduced by Councilmember _______ and passed and adopted this 17th day of March 2025, by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: () <br />NOES: () <br />ABSENT: () <br />ATTEST: __________________________ <br />Kelly B.
