All costs except California State sales tax for the purchase of SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE 12.5% must be included in the amount shown entered into the electronic bid platform (Line Item page), including any and all mill assessments, fees, excise taxes, transportation charges, etc. Any exceptions to the bid must be noted under Specific Deviations on the Standard Agreement.
